HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan has signed on for the upcoming comedy feature “Labor Pains,” according to Variety.
The 21-year-old actress will play a woman who fakes being pregnant in order to keep her boss from firing her.

The 21-year-old actress will play a woman who fakes being pregnant in order to keep her boss from firing her.
Chris Parnell, Cheryl Hines, Luke Kirby and Connie Britton will also star in the Nu Image/Millennium project, which will be directed by Lara Shapiro.
Production is scheduled to begin next week in Los Angeles.
“It is a very different role for me and I look forward to the challenges it will present, and I love working on comedies,” Lohan, who recently appeared on ABC’s “Ugly Betty,” told Variety.
The “Mean Girls” star has dropped out of several films recently, including “Manson Girls” and Poor Things,” but producer Rick Schwartz told the trade publication that Lohan has been a model citizen.
“I didn’t know Lindsay before this, but we looked each other in the eye three months ago, and she has done everything I could have asked,” he said.
