HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Christina Applegate’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Lee Grivas was found dead Tuesday in Hollywood, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The 26-year-old’s body was discovered at his apartment by a neighbor. There are no signs of foul play and an autopsy has yet be conducted, the Times says.

Grivas reportedly had a long history of substance abuse problems, dating back to his teen years. The “Samantha Who?” actress is said to have broken up with him several times in the past over his drug use.
“I am profoundly saddened,” Applegate, 36, said in a statement to Us Weekly magazine. “Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life.
“He is missed beyond words,” she added. “He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, father, brother, and all of his family and friends.”
According to Us, Applegate and Grivas were not presently dating.
