Things are getting pretty serious between Katy Perry and John Mayer.
The singing couple, who have been dating for a few short months, is spending Christmas together, PEOPLE reports. Perry brought Mayer home to her family festivities in Santa Barbara, Calif., according to a source.
The twosome spread holiday cheer by stopping by a local hospital to greet children who weren’t able to spend the holidays with their families and loved ones.
The Dream Foundation, an organization aimed at granting wishes to terminally-ill children and adults, thanked the two singers for spending Christmas Eve with the children. They tweeted: “gratitude to @KatyPerry @JohnMayer & Hudsons for rolling up their sleeves & serving our dream families”
“They’re happy together and with her family for the holidays,” says the source. “Jon really likes getting to know her family better.”
Perry and Mayer have already introduced one another to their parents. On Dec. 13, the couple shared a date night with Mayer’s father in NYC.
The duo made their red carpet debut for the premiere of Broadway’s A Christmas Story: The Musical in New York City before going to dinner with Mayer’s father at Sardi’s in the theater district. The Manhattan event marked the couple’s first official appearance together.
Perry divorced comedian Russell Brand earlier this year, and dated Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroydfor a short while in the spring.
