Sharon StoneHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Sharon Stone is hitting back at claims that she wanted her young son to receive Botox treatments for his “foot odor.”

“Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication,” the 50-year-old star’s attorney, Martin Singer, tells People in a statement.

Stone’s alleged remark surfaced in the midst of her ongoing custody battle with former husband Phil Bronstein. Earlier this week, a San Francisco judge argued that the supposed statement is proof the actress tends “to overreact” to medical issues involving her 8-year-old son Roan, who attends school near Bronstein’s Bay Area home.

The judge in turn denied Stone’s bid to relocate the couple’s son to her Los Angeles residence.

“Sharon Stone sought to modify her custody arrangement with her ex-husband by having her son spend most of the school year with her,” explained Singer.

“Although the court denied Sharon’s request to modify the custody arrangement already in place, Sharon will maintain the same custody arrangement and visitation that she’s had with her child for the past several years and still has joint legal and physical custody of her son,” the statement continued. “Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him.”

Stone and the newspaper honcho married in 1998 and divorced six years later.
