It’s wedding bells for Kate Winslet!
A spokesperson for Winslet confirms to Celebuzz that the actress has said “I do” to her beau of more than a year, Ned Rocknroll. The couple tied the knot in front of her two children, their family and friends during a small, private New York ceremony in early December, The wedding was first reported by Us Weekly,
After first being linked back in Fall 2011, Winslet, 37, and Rocknroll, 34, shacked up together in September, purchasing a 15th-century-style home in West Sussex, England.
The wedding marks Winslet’s third time down the aisle. The Academy Award-winning actress was married to English director Jim Threapleton from 1998 to 2001, a marriage that resulted in her daughter, Mia, now 12. Winslet went on to tie the knot with American Beauty helmer Sam Mendes in 2003, but that union ended in 2010. The exes share a son, Joe, 9.

I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rock’nRoll in NY earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family. The couple had been engaged since the summer.
Rocknroll, the nephew of Virgin Group founder Richard Branson, was divorced from his former wife, British socialite Eliza Cowdray, in October 2011 after just 20 months of marriage.
