Laura Boyce alleges wrongful termination, among other claims, in her court filing against the 44-year-old Lowe and his wife, Sheryl, People says.

The “Brothers & Sisters” star filed lawsuits against Boyce and two other former employees on April 7. The actor and his wife claim they are the target of a $1.5 million extortion scheme, driven by former nanny Jessica Gibson.

Gibson, 24, countersued the couple the following week, claiming the actor exposed himself and inappropriately touched her on several occasions.

Gibson worked for Lowe’s family off and on for seven years, while Boyce was an employee for the last year, according to court papers.

Both former employees are being represented by famed attorney Gloria Allred.

“The details of the lawsuit will speak for itself,” Allred told People of the claimed filed by Boyce.

Lowe’s attorney Larry Stein issued a statement Wednesday following Boyce’s filing:

“Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray.

“In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred’s client, [Jessica] Gibson, has universally received. Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever.

“The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson’s claims against Rob.”

The Lowes’s former chef, Peter Clements, has remained quiet despite being named in the actor’s original lawsuit.

Last week, Lowe spoke out for the first time since Gibson filed her countersuit.

“The whole thing is very sad,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “We live in a time where anybody can say anything about anybody.”
