PALM DESERT, Calif. – Britney Spears has managed to escape the paparazzi since her discharge from the hospital. Well, at least most of the paparazzi.
The “Gimme More” singer was spotted in Palm Desert with her paparazzi boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, just days after she allegedly held her youngest son hostage and refused to hand him over to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
After being discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday, the fallen pop star disappeared from the bright lights and paparazzi lenses.
However, a restaurant manager has revealed that she ate at the Gaily Grill in Palm Desert on Sunday.
Despite the recent chaos in her life, the source said, “She seemed in a really good mood, laughing with the guy she was with.”
Britney has reportedly been dating Adnan since her last erratic night, when she drove the photographer on a cat-and-mouse-chase around Los Angeles.
Federline currently has full custody of the former couple’s children, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James.
