HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hollywood’s biggest stars put on a mostly amazing red carpet show at Sunday night’s Oscars held at the Kodak Theatre.
Among the celebs making the best Oscar fashion choices were young stars Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart and Anna Kendrick. Others who sparkled on the red carpet included Carey Mulligan, Elizabeth Banks, Queen Latifah, Cameron Diaz, Meryl Streep, Sigourney Weaver and Best Actress winner Sandra Bullock.
Of course, there are always some misses on the red carpet and this year was no exception. Kate Winslet, Sarah Jessica Parker and Nicole Richie were among the worst dressed picks at last night’s 82nd Oscar ceremony.
The Hurt Locker won six times, including Best Picture, to highlight the 82nd annual Academy Awards ceremony. The Iraq war drama also earned Best Director honors for Kathryn Bigelow, who became the first woman in Oscar history to win Hollywood’s top prize for filmmakers.
