While a number of celebs came close to having wardrobe malfunctions in barely there dresses for the Oscars 2015 afterparties (ahem: Rita Ora and Irina Shayk), Behati Prinsloo was the only one to suffer a nip slip on the red carpet.

The unfortunate mishap occurred at the Vanity Fair Oscar afterparty where the Victoria’s Secret model, 25, rocked a slinky beige Calvin Klein Collection dress with extremely thin straps.

Oblivious to the fashion emergency in progress, Prinsloo posed in front of the cameras as dress shifted and exposed a glimpse of her nipple. No stranger to wardrobe malfunctions the lingerie model laughed off the incident with her handsome husband Adam Levine on her arm.

Prinsloo was on hand to support the Maroon 5 frontman, 35, as he performed a rendition of “Lost Stars” during the telecast.
