Did we just get in a time machine and transport back to 2000? No, but we feel that way after looking at Britney Spears‘s abs in the photo below. The singer’s flaunting her toned body for an upcoming project, and of course, she shared a sexy snap on Instagram.

“Amazing amazing shoot with @jefflipsky today! Been working hard this summer! So ready to bring it for the next round of #PieceOfMe shows next week,” she captioned the photo. All we have to say: 14 years and two kids later her stomach is giving us flashbacks to her early VMA days.

The performer has been busy taking the stage for her “Piece of Me” live shows in Vegas, which certainly is a calorie-torcher, plus, she has a new lingerie line coming out, so we imagine she’s been hitting the ab ball harder than ever.

I am excited to introduce this collection because I feel that we accomplished exactly that.” It appears she’s got a few more accomplishments to trumpet these days as well.
