Cameron Diaz may bare her butt in her new movie Sex Tape, but she’s been keeping her body pretty covered up while promoting the racy flick. The actress, 41, has selected a string of modest looks for her red carpet appearances, which is a complete 180 from her last movie promo tour for The Other Women. Let’s compare.

Most recently, Diaz selected a high-neck, long-sleeve silk Vionnet wrap dress for the N.Y.C. screening on the film. Between the midi-length and flowy fabric the dress didn’t flaunt any of the star’s major assets. At the L.A. premiere, she chose a gold spotted Stella McCartney jumpsuit and for the photo call earlier the same day, she skipped the summer minis and went for a causal blazer-and-jeans ensemble.

Stylewise, it’s hard to believe this Cameron Diaz is the same Cameron Diaz who wore a number of short, low-cut body-loving dresses back in April to promote The Other Women. (See photos above.) She bared her décolletage and stems in a Stella McCartney mini with a deep V neckline for the L.A. premiere, went for a bedazzled gold mini in Germany and of course that super-hot second-skin leather midi by The Row.
