Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran attended the Michael Costello fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Tuesday, Feb. 17, wearing massive fur coats in the front row — and we know the animal rights organization won’t be happy.

While the on-again, off-again couple (currently on) were prepped for the challenging arctic winds that have taken hold of the five boroughs, the floor-length animal coverings were more than a little excessive. Tran, 26, accessorized with open-toe sandals and olive knit pants and matching crop top, while Brown layered up in a gray hoodie, slouchy black jeans, and vanilla-hued Timbaland boots.

Brown shared a photo via Instagram, cuddled up with Tran, a day earlier on Feb. 16, announcing his arrival. “NY NY!”
Aside from attending the celeb-loved designer’s runway show, the “Loyal” singer was also in New York City for a stop on his Between the Sheets tour with singer Trey Songz, which was off to a slow start after Brown had to finish mandated community service hours in Los Angeles.
