Hilary Duff loves her body, and she wants other women to do the same.
Duff posted a bikini selfie on her Instagram account Sunday, encouraging moms to be proud of their figures. “Hey #moms #westillgotit #loveyourbod,” Duff captioned the photo. In the snapshot, the 27-year-old star and mother to almost 3-year-old Luca posed in a black, scalloped two-piece in front of a bathroom mirror.
The actress, whose show “Younger” premieres on TV Land March 31, is currently on vacation with her son and her friend. She shared a photo with little Luca while at the beach Sunday, writing: “Never knew love before.”
Being a mother has shifted Duff’s priorities. She decided to take time off work to focus on her family life after giving birth to Luca in 2012.
“Being a mom now has taken so much pressure off the ‘what ifs,'” she told ET Canada in September. “Like, ‘What if?’ OK. I’m still going to be Luca’s mom and I still have an important role in life. And I think taking that break made me so human again.”
