Washboard abs and a fanny pack—it’s hard to know where to look!
Jared Leto shared a particularly glorious photo of himself—shirtless, praise!—via Twitter on Monday, Jan. 5. It features his ab-tastic torso, his lush ombre mane, a pair of TDF printed pants, and, yes, a red and blue fanny pack.

Interesting choice, eh? Not so surprising, though, if you’re a fan of the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman’s merchandise. The lineup includes lots of flannel, his signature aviator shades ($25), a book of photos he took while visiting Haiti ($75), and the “Hip Pack” waist bag ($32), which Leto somehow makes look like the coolest accessory on the planet.

But back to the abs: Since picking up the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in Dallas Buyers Club last year, it appears that in between rocking a man bun and trekking through the desert, Leto has been putting time in at the gym. To quote Emma Stone in Crazy, Stupid, Love: “Seriously?! It’s like you’re Photoshopped.”

Two days later, Leto shared one more fabulous photo: A snap of him at the 2014 Oscars, captioned, “Me + the ladies.” Said ladies include Sarah Paulson, Jane Fonda, Anjelica Huston, and his mom, Constance. Lucky man!
