Even if you think you’re a Jennifer Aniston hair expert, there are still things you don’t know about the actress and her famous mane. For example, she’ll never get a pixie cut and she totally knows how to make post-gym hair look fresh — even without dry shampoo.

“A little sweat in the hair is nice,” the Living Proof ambassador said in a recent interview (via Fashionista) while promoting the brand’s new Night Cap hair mask. “It’s like a little product. You just blow it out with your fingers, and it’s actually just fun.”
The actress also shared that she’s not one to try hair fads, so don’t expect her to go for a pixie or bleached bob anytime soon. “I’m not a trend person really. I kind of wait for the trends to go,” she explained. “Platinum blonde — unless it was a wig — no.”
But if it was up to her hair stylist and best friend, Chris McMillan, he would totally change up Aniston’s look.
“Chris has that thing where he’s like Edward Scissorhands. He just sees hair and he wants to cut it,” she shared. “He just wants to just cut it all off, kind of like a pixie, which I will never do. And he always likes to give it a good two inches every year, just a healthy cut. He’s also suggested going back to dark brown.”

As for her signature red carpet blowout, Aniston maintains it’s all about about feeling comfortable — which was her primary goal at the Oscars, where the actress stunned in a sparkling Atelier Versace gown.
“The dress just fit like a glove and I felt so comfortable,” she said. “I don’t like [to wear] my hair up very much. I’m not an up-do kind of gal. I feel like if you’re wearing a gown with glitter, you want to have beachy, natural hair to kind of go against that.”
