Kim Kardashian West often says that she loves wearing no makeup (Kanye loves her barefaced too!), but the star rarely steps out without at least a soft smoky eye and some contouring. We get it — she’s photographed constantly, always filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians, plus, she loves to play around with different beauty looks with her glam squad. However, we think we just got one of our first real glimpses of Kim without a stitch of foundation — or anything else.

The 34-year-old star was snapped leaving a gym in Paris on Wednesday morning completely barefaced — we can’t even detect any tinted moisturizer. This is the same person who has worn a full-face of makeup (down to glittery eye shadow!) to SoulCycle. It’s definitely refreshing to see the star’s natural complexion. (Her skin is pretty flawless thanks to her nighttime beauty routine.)

The star quickly returned to her glam ways, stepping out Wednesday afternoon in Paris at an event to promote her Kardashian haircare line. For the appearance, she went for a classic Kim look: Sleek, side-parted strands, a nude lip and bronze complexion. As for her outfit, she also kept things simple (at least in Kardashian style terms) in a midi-length design with velvet detailing and a sweetheart neckline that enhanced her décolletage.
