Making sure that her platinum tresses will live on (if only on newsstands and online), Kim Kardashian, who returned to her natural chocolate hue on March 26, rocked a fashion shoot for Elle France earlier this month, the photos from which are featured in the just-released April 2015 issue.

Mrs. Kanye West, 34, modeled a series of black ensembles for the mag—including a blazer-topped two-piece, a tuxedo-inspired bodysuit, and a plunging studded dress, all of which made her white-gold locks pop all the more brightly.

The mom to North West, 21 months, did go light for one shot, though: She worked a white crop top number for a portrait with her friend (and one of her favorite designers), Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing.

Giddy over the issue’s release, Kardashian shared three behind-the-scenes snaps via her Instagram page. In case there was any doubt, she captioned one of the shots (in which she wears a boob-baring dress), “I loved this shoot!”
