Looks like Lena Dunham is starting her new year on a high note, landing the cover of ELLE magazine’s annual Women In TV issue. We’ve seen Dunham go mod-chic on both Vogue and Glamour, but this time, she got an edgy ’80s makeover that we love.
On the cover, the “Girls” star and creator wears a Michael Stars T-shirt, a Tiffany & Co. heart necklace and a Sydney Evan earring.
Inside the issue, the writer gives off dark romantic vibes in tight silhouettes that hit her curves in all the right places.
First, she lounges in Dolce & Gabbana, equipped with Christian Louboutin pumps and a peeking Hanro of Switzerland bra.
Then we see Dunham’s cool-girl style shine with a Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane jacket, Rebel Rebel T-shirt, Adam Lippes skirt and another pair of Louboutins. Valentine’s Day might be more than a month away, but Dunham’s definitely giving us a head start in planning our sexy V-day outfits.
Finally, Dunham’s bleach blonde locks finally fall into place with a choppy coif and a simple, yet sharp cat-eye that proves eyeliner is the best accessory.
