Truth be told, I don’t have a boyfriend. I’ve been happily married for over eight years. I am talking about my “other boyfriend” . . . my denim boyfriend. These shorts are a staple in my wardrobe. I wear them multiple times a week. Their versatility seems to go unmatched except by maybe a blazer.
My love affair started a few years ago with the boyfriend jean. I have dedicated post after post convincing clients and readers to run out and grab a pair. I think I have used words like “life changing” in describing the trend, and I truly mean it. There is something just so cool about boyfriend jeans. I adore wearing them casually, but I love them even more with the perfect pair of heels. So, when all of my favorite retailers came out with boyfriendshorts for Summer . . . I was a kid in a candy store! Which ones to buy?
