But at the World Music Awards in Monaco May 27, the 21-year-old opted for a sleek and sophisticated look with a floor-length, long-sleeved, silver sparkly gown. Cyrus looked graceful as she picked up the award for Best Pop Video for “Wrecking Ball” and Best Female Act:
