Reese Witherspoon proved her reign as the queen of street style with her latest outing on Thursday, Jan. 8, in Los Angeles. Ahead of whatever breathtaking evening gown she wears (Dior? Gucci? Michael Kors?) to the 2015 Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 11, the mom of three kept it chic in a blue-toned tribal cardigan, a white T-shirt, and blue jeans.

Witherspoon rocked neutral accessories via a pair of tortoise shell sunglasses by Westward Leaning, caramel-hued Rag & Bone booties, and a Mansur Gavriel leather tote bag.

On Friday, Jan. 9, the Instagram-addicted star posted a photo, looking incognito in a black sweater and a baseball cap. “The glamorous life of Golden Globes prep #GGPrep! #carpooling in the AM,” she captioned the shot.

Witherspoon, 38, is nominated for a Best Actress Golden Globe for her turn in Wild, a movie she said was a challenge in the January 2015 issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK. “I never looked ahead at the schedule. I would wake up in the morning and say, ‘What are we doing today?’ And I’d prepare on the way to work. Sometimes I was just terrified. Like a cat on a raft… ‘You can’t make me do it,’” she told the magazine.
