Either way, the singer was probably hoping to invite a few second looks at Hot 99.5’s Jingle Ball in Washington DC, and we have to admit she was successful. She paired her off-the-shoulder number with fishnet tights, patent-leather pointed-toe heels – which were also adorned with bows – spiky Erickson Beamon earrings, a sparkling bangle set, and chunky rings.
