Lesson of the day: Never trust a cut-out skirt.
Rumer Willis made quite the appearance when she hit the town in a rather revealing skirt and crop top for Elle’s Women In Music concert on Tuesday, April 22, in Hollywood. The skirt featured two large cut-outs over the thigh and Willis’ pink underwear was visible through the holes as she turned to pose for photos on the red carpet.
Whether she knew about the wardrobe snafu at the time or not, the 25-year-old certainly seemed comfortable once inside the event while DJing a special set. Sarah McLachlan, Angel Haze and Betty Who also performed.
