We take star hair changes very seriously — even the slightest switch-ups. Both Diane Kruger and Emily Blunt debuted color tweaks at the Critics’ Choice Awards, and their new looks might give you some inspiration for your next trip to the salon.

Kruger, who stunned in a blue-and-white floral print Naeem Khan gown, switched up from her sunshine blonde shade to a more strawberry hue, which she alerted us to on Instagram. (Like we said it’s subtle.)

Blunt took home the award for best actress in an action movie, and while she was on stage giving her acceptance speech we couldn’t stop staring at her freshly-highlighted hair, courtesy of celebrity colorist Tracey Cunningham.
“First I should tell that Emily is a natural #blonde and we usually make her darker,” Cunningham shared in the caption, adding, “Today she decided to go back to her #natural blonde color.” She also gave a step-by-step of her coloring process if you want to print it out and bring it to your own colorist.
