Steven Tyler is livin’ on the edge when it comes to trying out new hairstyles. The Aerosmith frontman looked completely unrecognizable as he stepped out in West Hollywood on Monday, Aug. 4.
The 66-year-old singer wrapped his long locks around his chin like a bonnet — Little House on the Prairie style — for the outing and kept a few extra strands down around his face. He topped off the unusual look with a grey tank top with a picture of a young woman picking her nose, bell bottom jeans with white and silver stripes, and accessorized with brown sunglasses.
The “Dude (Looks Like a Lady)” rocker wore the outfit while grabbing a bite to eat with some pals at Little Next Door restaurant.

Tyler is currently on his Aerosmith: Let Rock Rule tour. Last month, Johnny Depp made a surprise appearance on stage with the band while they performed in Mansfield, Mass., on July 16. “LA LA LAND…FEELS LIKE A DREAM WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE! @theforum,” he later captioned a picture via Twitter on July 30. Appearing to be backstage, he posed with Depp, Jim Carrey and Adrien Brody.
