Why we want it: I wore a pair of candy-apple red Dr. Scholls through most of eighth grade (which was easy enough to do in Miami). This season I suspect I’ll be returning to my roots, thanks to Steven Alan‘s easy and very chic new collaboration with the Dr. Scholls label. True to form, these styles maintain the retro vibe of the Scholls we’ve always loved, but this time they’re finished in chambray (or sleek black or white, if you prefer). Not that I don’t love a statement heel or bold, gladiator sandal, but with a shoe like this, you don’t need much more than a breezy day dress – and a pedicure.
