Amanda Bynes was arrested in Los Angeles Sunday morning after cops reportedly determined she was driving under the influence.
TMZ reports she was taken into custody around 4:10 AM by California Highway Patrol and booked under a misdemeanor DUI. She was later released on $15,000 bail around noon.
The 28-year-old actress really appeared to be turning her life around for the better after her string of legal problems over the last couple years.
Not only was she going back to school and studying fashion, but she was living with her parents who continuously reported on her great progress. She was doing so well a judge even dismissed her New York City bong-tossing case due to good behavior.
Not to mention, she was spotted in a bikini during her birthday weekend, looking toned, fit and happier than ever before.
