Actresses Amber Heard and Scarlett Johansson are the latest actresses to fall victim to the nude photo hacking scandal that has most recently affected the likes of Rihanna and Kim Kardashian.
With more than 50 photos and videos uploaded to the internet, it has been speculated that Heard could be experiencing one of the biggest invasions of privacy seen so far.
In one of the images, Heard holds a sign that reads “Tonto,” her fiancé Johnny Depp’s character in last year’s The Lone Ranger. Other photos include snapshots of a bedroom scene between Heard and Depp from 2011’s The Rum Diary, during which the two first met.
Videos of the 28-year-old allegedly show the actress in a threesome and smoking out of a bong. The case is currently being investigated by the FBI, but no suspects have been named yet. Amber Heard and her team have yet to comment.
Scarlett Johansson’s hacking marks the second time that the acclaimed actress’ stolen photos have made their way online. Posted on Sunday, the photos are claimed to be new but may be part of the set that was hacked in 2011.
The man behind the previous hacking, Christopher Chaney, has since been sentenced to ten years in prison. During her deposition, Johansson admitted, “I have been truly humiliated and embarrassed. I find Christopher Chaney’s actions to be perverted and reprehensible.”
