The 20-year-old singing sensation just released a new video for her song, “Baby I” and the clip’s colorful vibe totally reflects her signature throwback R&B sound.
Surrounded by a group of dancers dressed in Kid ‘n Play-like get-ups, Ariana sings her heart out on the city streets, a rowdy bus, a rooftop and a random abandoned scaffolding. She even does the running man! And staying with the trend of the summer, there are plenty of crop-topp ensembles to go around.
This old school sounding track is even more Mariah Carey-esque than Ariana’s hit single, “The Way.”
