Camille Grammer’s latest court victory Monday ensures the reality star will be out of harm’s way when it comes to her ex-boyfriend.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star got a permanent restraining order against Dimitri Charalambopoulos, ordering him to keep his distance for the next three years, CB! has confirmed.

The judge also ordered Dmitri to hand over any firearms, as the restraining order prevents him from owning, possessing or buying guns of any kind.

The ruling comes after the 45-year-old mother-of-three won a temporary order claiming her longtime boyfriend attacked and abused her in their Texas hotel room Oct. 16 as she recovered from a hysterectomy after a being diagnosed with cancer.

As previously reported by Celebuzz, after questioning him about an early morning phone call from another woman, Camille’s ex became “verbally abusive” and “succeeded in pulling swaths” of her hair out, leading to a “large, painful contusion” on her head, according to court docs filed at the time.

When she begged him to stop and threatened to call police, he allegedly “pinned” Camille on her back and “placed his knees on my lower body… grabbed both my wrists in one hand and made a fist with the other.” This went on for about an hour, all while her family members were in another room.

In an effort to keep her from screaming for help, Kelsey Grammer‘s ex-wife alleges Dmitri “applied the bottom of his hand to my nose, thrusting upward to cause me pain, and covered my mouth.

“I began to believe he would kill me,” Camille added of the assault, which she claims left her with ongoing emotional distress and nightmares.
