Chris Brown’s reps confirmed Friday night that the singer indeed suffered a seizure at a Los Angeles recording studio earlier that day.
“Chris suffered a nonepileptic seizure (NES),” his team said in a statement. [via The Hollywood Reporter]
“His doctor tended to him this afternoon and attributes the NES to intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity.”
The confirmation came nearly a full day after several outlets reported that a 9-1-1 call had been placed around 1 a.m. PST on Friday, with the caller claiming that the 24-year-old singer had suffered a seizure.
On Saturday morning, Brown (or someone from his camp) posted the following on Twitter:
They won’t love u until u r a memory…
