Well that was fast!
After about two months of dating, Chris Martin might be ready to introduce Jennifer Lawrence to his two kids. Reports are saying that Chris wants to introduce 10-year-old Apple and 8-year-old Moses, the children he has with estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, to his new girlfriend. We just got our first glimpse of Chris and Jennifer together, but it sounds like things are already getting very serious. So much so that Chris is ready to take the next step and introduce his kids to his new girlfriend. Gwyneth reportedly isn’t pleased about the situation, though she did once say that Chris, “could do worse.”
An insider told Radar Online that Chris has just really fallen for Jennifer. They explained, “Chris has fallen hard for Jen, and they are having a lot of fun together. It’s happened very fast, and it’s extremely intense. Apple and Moses haven’t met their dad’s girlfriend, yet. Chris hasn’t been discussing the relationship with Gwyneth, out of respect.”
It doesn’t sound like Gwyneth is happy about how fast their relationship is moving. The source added, “Gwyneth was absolutely stunned when Chris told her he wants to introduce the kids to Jennifer. It won’t be happening right away, Chris wants to make sure this relationship isn’t going to just fizzle out before taking such a big step. He sees this relationship going the distance. This has been a huge blow to Gwyn’s ego because she has always bragged that she has Chris wrapped around her finger.”
This news comes just days after reports surfaced that Gwyneth made a schedule for Chris’ life. She reportedly wants to make sure Chris still spends time with his family now that he has a new girlfriend. Just a reminder, Chris and Gwyneth are still technically married, even though they split back in March 2014.
