What’s one way to ring in your 18th birthday? Celebrating it with all of your wild, celebrity BFFs!
While lots of celebrities were in attendance at the Golden Globes on Sunday night, Cody Simpson still managed to gather most of his famous friends for his 18th birthday party in Malibu, bringing together big names like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Gigi Hadid and more.
The newly-legal singer told Just Jared, “I had an awesome 18th party at a beach house in Malibu, with some of my mates from Australia and some new friends from the states. Things got pretty wild.”
How wild? Well, let’s just say Simpson eventually ended up in the pool and wrecked his phone… Oops!
And just to give you a glimpse into the craziness that went on, Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney caught a video of Miley presenting Cody with none other than a pizza cake (because, of course).
Other celebrities in attendance included Cyrus’ new BF Patrick Schwarzenegger and Bieber’s BFF Jaden Smith. However, Selena Gomez (who considers Simpson a best friend) was notably absent, spending the night with her rumored beau Zedd at a few Golden Globes after parties (and not having to deal with seeing Bieber again).
