Dina Lohan was arrested by New York State Police Thursday night on suspicion of driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was reportedly twice the legal limit.
According to TMZ, Lohan was going 77 miles per hour in a 55 when she was pulled over. When her BAC registered at .20, police brought her to a station near Farmingdale on Long Island.
During the arrest, Lohan allegedly claimed that officers had injured her, however when medical personnel arrived on scene, she “recanted her claim.” After being booked, Lohan was released into the custody of an anonymous third party. She’s due in court later this month.
