After five months on the open real estate market, Drew Barrymore can bid farewell to her Montecito mansion.
The stunning Chester Cariola designed 1937 traditional estate was sold on Wednesday for a cool $6.35 million — a drop from the $7.5 million she was originally asking. But we don’t think she’s complaining.
And if it looks familiar, it’s the memorable locale for her 2012 nuptials to hubby Will Kopelman.
The 6,200 square foot abode is filled with charm and character – from the couple’s love of chicken figurines, butter yellow kitchen decor and baby Olive’s Shabby Chic play room.
And Barrymore has certainly added her signature vintage style with a touch of modern accessories. (Imagine zebra print rugs meets old school floral tapestries.)
We’re pretty sure her husband’s deep knowledge of fashion (his dad is the former CEO of Chanel) contributed to the design aesthetic.
