Eliza Dushku Drops $300K on This Boston Panty-Dropping Palace

Eliza Dushku buys a Boston pad

Eliza Dushku has the perfect cure for being homesick — earn enough money to live the bicoastal dream.

The Boston native just bought herself a pied-a-terre in Beantown, Celebuzz has learned.

And this little taste of home only set the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer ass-kicker back a modest (by celeb standards) $300,000.

The 31-year-old actress, who grew up in Watertown, Mass., purchased the new digs in late July, according to property records, as the perfect home away from Hollywood for her and longtime boyfriend Rick Fox. And it’s got all the New England charm you can get for a few hundred grand.

Located in trendy Beacon Hill just north of Boston Common, the 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo boasts classic brick Federal-style architecture with tons of historic character.

Each charming room has been remodeled and is just waiting for Dushku’s style-savvy touch. But we’re pretty sure there are a few things she won’t lay her hands on, like all the original details that have been kept intact, from the high ceilings to ornate moldings.

Just minutes from all the restaurant hotspots and shops on Charles and Newbury streets, the quaint space for two is a great investment as a rental for all the nearby Boston College, MIT and Harvard students or just a crash pad for Dushku’s family visits.
