Go Inside Amanda Seyfried’s $1.8M Bicoastal Bachelorette Pads

Amanda Seyfried homes in LA and NYC

We all know Lovelace star Amanda Seyfried has her style down to perfection, so it’s no surprise she got digs to match.

From the East Coast to the West Coast, the 27-year-old beauty is laying her head down in some swanky spreads.

First up, her Big Apple bachelorette pad. During her 2010 successful rom-com years, Seyfried plunked down a well-earned $1.87 million for a Greenwich Village condo in the same celeb-friendly pre-war building as Alec Baldwin. The 1,500 square foot Devonshire 2-bedroom, 2-bath spread had been renovated and fixed up with some fancy and pretty perks — contemporary decor, hardwood floors, 24/7 doormen, concierge, gym, and even a play room for the neighbors with kids.

A year later and a couple thousand miles to the west, Seyfried bought an even bigger pad for another $1.85 million. The Colonial crib had previously been owned by Adam Brody and was a complete restoration of 1916 East Coast traditional. Other than its obvious classic appeal (I mean, just look at the red front door and white picket fence!) Oh, and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, private pool, formal dining room, decks and sun room finished with unique dark hardwood floors and bold white woodwork, and it’s a pet lover’s dream. If anyone knows L.A., Runyon Canyon is a dog haven where Seyfried and her newly-famous furry friend Finn (who can balance hamburgers on his head) are constant paparazzi favorites in the area.
