Carol Kane and Kyle Massey are heading to Gotham.
Kane, who starred as Simka Dahblitz-Gravas in Taxi, has been cast in Fox’s Batman origin series as Gertrud Kapelput, the mother of Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), according to TVLine.
