Nicole Richie has come a long way. The 32-year old mom of two who used to be Paris Hilton‘s sidekick has evolved into a full-fledged fashion icon. And I say this because she wore a lace headpiece with cat ears last night and looked nonchalantly exquisite.
Richie stepped out in a 1920s-inspired fringe dress with black leather leggings for the Who What Wear and Cadillac’s 50 Most Fashionable Women of 2013 Event in West Hollywood last night.
