Your favorite couple of the decade is still going strong.
Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin had what appears to be a very normal date over the weekend: lunch in New York’s Central Park and a romantic stroll.
According to Page Six, the Hunger Games star and her musician beau arrived separately at Tavern on the Green, where she ordered a roast beef sandwich and he, eggs Benedict.
“Their table faced the courtyard and people ran outside to take pics of them, but the bodyguard put a stop to that,” a Page Six source revealed.
Added another witness:
“They were talking softly to each other throughout the meal. As they left, she changed shoes and her sweater, and she was overheard telling him she wanted to take a walk through Strawberry Fields, and they left holding hands.”
The lunch outing was just one of two weekend sightings of the couple. On Sunday, Lawrence, 24, and Martin, 38, tried their best to go incognito as the pair boarded a private jet at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
Martin recently returned from vacationing with his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow, in Mexico. The former couple, who brought along their kids Apple and Moses, were reportedly celebrating the one-year anniversary of their “conscious uncoupling” announcement.
