Here is another look at Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum’s upcoming space opera extravaganza Jupiter Ascending, out next year.
The film, which got a new release date earlier this summer because the studio needed more time for special effects, is the first original project from the siblings Wachowski since The Matrix franchise.
After a few runs through the 2-minute preview, Kunis, who plays the title character, is starting to look more and more like Effie Trinket from The Hunger Gameswhen in full royal Jupiter garb.
The trailer, released by Warner Bros. yesterday, also gives us more screen time from Tatum’s half-human half-wolf Caine, who at some point finds himself on the receiving end of some animal talk from Jupiter.
Awkward . . .
The film also stars an evil Eddie Redmayne, Douglas Booth and Sean Bean, whose character hopefully survives the duration of the film.
Jupiter Ascending opens nationwide Feb. 6, 2015.
