Somebody’s got wedding fever.
Singing sensation Kelly Clarkson just released the music video for her country-tinged track “Tie It Up” and it’s all kinds of adorable. Kelly got engaged to Brandon Blackstock back in December of 2012 and from the looks of it, she’s got wedding on the brain.
The fun video is a montage of wedding footage (not Kel’s — she isn’t walking down the aisle just yet), featuring smiling bridesmaids, line-dancing party guest, and mushy newlyweds. Clarkson makes an appearance performing at a happnenin’ wedding reception in a barn that looks like a darn good time. A sneak peek of her own nuptials, perhaps?
The American Idol winner isn’t exactly wearing a traditional wedding dress in the clip (she donned a veil for the single’s cover art), but she is rocking a short white frock that would be totally appropriate if she decided to head to the chapel mid-shoot. At the end of video, she gleefully catches a bouquet and gives the camera a charming wink.
Clarkson has been teasing her upcoming wedding plans for a few months now. Last month she tweeted a stunning engagement photo of herself in an elegant tulle bridal gown. She also revealed that country crooner and The Voice judge Blake Shelton will be officiating her ceremony.
