Kelly Osbourne has always been a risk-taker, so it’s no surprise the TV personality debuted a bold new ‘do on Instagram Thursday.
Osbourne posted a picture of a few stray locks she had cut off the day prior, musing, “I wonder how long before I shave the whole thing off?”
