Kourtney Kardashian will have a lot more to fill up her storyline next season on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The reality star and her baby daddy Scott Disick are keeping up with the other uber-rich Joneses by reportedly dropping some serious cash on Keyshawn Johnson’s massive California mansion listed for $8.495 million.
And with two kids in tow, Justin Bieber in the ‘hood, and Disick’s divo demands — you know there’s sure to be drama during the move.
But the TV twosome won’t have to go far. The new $8.5M spread is just five minutes away in the same gated compound where they currently live in Calabasas, Calif., which they put on the market a week ago for a not-too-shabby $3.5 million (BTW, they bought the place for $1.7M in 2010.)
And since the Kardashians signed a $30 million deal with Ryan Seacrest Productions in 2012 to keep the krew on the air until 2015, Kourtney and Scott can definitely afford the upgrade.
The former NFL pro’s digs are more than twice the size of their current crib, coming in at a whopping 12,000 square feet and, of course, it doesn’t lack any fancy features — like walls of glass, steel framed windows, stone and hardwood floors, elevator, and iron and glass doors. And Kourtney and Scott have now moved into the upper-echelon of A-list homeowners, considering the palatial pad was designed by renowned architect Richard Landry, whose erected mega-mansions for Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady, Adrienne Maloof, and Rod Stewart.
The Kardashian-Disicks will also be getting more nap-time space for their growing family with 6 bedrooms, huge family room, family-style gourmet kitchen, and a media/game room to keep the kiddos preoccupied.
And then there’s the adult-friendly entertainment that comes in the form of a gym, spa/massage room, basketball court, cabana, and pool.
