Talk about a fast flip.
After only three months on the market, Naya Rivera has officially unloaded her Beverly Hills bachelorette pad for $1.93 million. Even though she didn’t quite get what she asked for (a cool $2.1M), she still took home a sweet profit of nearly $455,000.
The super private retreat had been completely remodeled to include 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and formal living and dining rooms overlooking the courtyard, saltwater pool and jacuzzi.
And of course, a prerequisite for any proper party hostess — a wet bar… with its very own kegerator… in the library.
The 26-year-old actress didn’t scrimp on the fancy features like Brazilian granite counters, porcelain glass tiles in the kitchen, his and hers walk-in closets, Carrara marble master bath with soaking tub, and built-in sauna and steam room (to relax after those long days on set.)
And the sale couldn’t have come at a better time. The TV crooner can use the extra dough to put into her new Los Feliz abode she bought in April for $2.6 million.
The circa 1930s East Coast traditional home is a serious step up in the real estate food chain considering her first try at home ownership.
The contemporary manse is much more spacious with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 4,200 square feet of living space (nearly double from the digs she used to call home).
