It happened. Some three years after declaring the “internet’s completely over,” Prince went on Twitter. And it was awesome.
On Tuesday, the Purple One took over his band 3rdEyeGirl’s Twitter account and posted several wonderful messages and photographs, including a selfie and a snap of his dinner.

While it’s pretty obvious that he did add too much pepper, the bigger takeaway is that Twitter will never be the same again, now that Prince is on it.
