Quentin Tarantino has refiled his lawsuit against Gawker Media for leaking his script for The Hateful Eight, an unproduced ensemble western.
According to The Los Angeles Times, Tarantino now alleges Gawker directly infringed on his copyright by downloading the script in addition to his accusations of contributory copyright infringement by posting third-party download links on Defamer.
