Heidi Klum has proven that she can really do it all.
The catwalker is a supermodel, mom, TV host, shoe designer, baby clothes expert and now she can add discount shopper to her long list of resume highlights.
That is, when it comes to real estate she sure knows how to snag a multi-million dollar deal. In rich-people’s lingo that stands for she just dropped $9.875 million on what was once a $11.2 million pad. (Now, non-celeb civilians may not call that a bargain, but Heidi sure is a happy homeowner.)
The model mom is trading her palatial L.A. digs in the ritzy Brentwood enclave for the equally impressive zip code of Bel Air. And she’s ready to make her life a little easier by downsizing to a 11,600 square foot property (yes, that’s apparently a downgrade.)
The ridiculously large and gorgeous Georgian estate is far away from the flashbulbs of paparazzi in a guarded community and behind her very own private gate for extra protection from prying eyes.
The impressive long driveway leads up to an even more impressive main house that’s everything we’d expect from the woman who’s worth $70 million big ones.

Heidi and her bodyguard beau Martin Kristen can enjoy all the adult-friendly features, including luxe master suite with his & hers baths, double dressing rooms and viewing deck, 2 offices, library, wine cellar and dance studio to keep up her bikini-ready bod.
While her kids will take over the four additional bedrooms, media room and they could each have their own bathroom considering there’s a whopping 9 total.
And the whole family can gather over a home-cooked meal in the country kitchen, massive dining room with fireplace, play outside on the 5 acres of land and take a dip in the resort-size pool, or just bask in the abundant sunlight from their amazing view from the top with canyon vistas in all directions.
