Realty Byte: Ryan Serhant Goes House-Hunting With Heidi Klum Inside Katy Perry’s $6.5M Hollywood Crib

We all know Heidi Klum’s got an eye for picking America’s most talented (as well as fashion designers and supermodels-in-the-making). But how’s her know-how when it comes to real estate?

Well, if you ask Katy Perry, she’d give the TV judge two thumbs up.

It looks like the “Roar” singer’s spoils from her divorce with actor Russell Brand may actually turn into a future love nest for the German supermodel and her bodyguard beau.

Klum and Martin Kristen were spotted scoping out Perry and Brand’s former Hollywood newlywed abode that the former couple put on the market earlier this year when their divorce became final.

Now at a discounted price of $6.495 million (according to celeb standards) from nearly $7 million, TMZ reports the Klum and her new(ish) man were really digging the digs.

The 3-acre estate known as Park Hill is comprised of a stunning Spanish-Mediterranean mansion built in 1921 and has maintained its vintage and modern feel with a two-story grand entry and two-story living room overlooking all of Los Angeles and dramatic skyline.

With plenty of room for Klum’s four kids, there’s 7 bedrooms, including a guest house, and a lagoon-style pool with waterfall.

There are lots of similarities between Perry’s pad and Klum’s current Mediterranean crib in Brentwood with ocean views, a palatial pool, Verseilles-like gardens. Oh, and it’s worth a pretty penny at $13.4 million.

Let Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant take you on a tour of Perry’s Hollywood home that Klum may soon call her own in the CB! video above.
