Hilary Swank is trying her luck again at re-listing her hot L.A. property and she’s rolling the dice in hopes she’ll take home a cool $9.45 million bucks.
The Oscar-winning actress has put her oceanview mansion in the luxe L.A. enclave of Pacific Palisades, Calif. back on the market after a buyer backed out in May.
Swank only plunked down $5.8 million for the 6,722 square-foot Mediterranean manse in 2007 so this could be her lucky day if she plays her real estate cards right.
As you can see, the hillside hacienda hideaway is definitely big enough for all those Academy Awards with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths and priceless views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.
The Marc Appleton designed retreat includes all the things you buy when you have more than enough ca$h to splash — like a dining room with seating for 20, home theater (with lobby lounge, of course), cigar room/wine cellar, and a master bath with Jerusalem limestone countertops (sounds fancy!).
And outside, Swank has basked in her success under her very own poolside pavilion (with separate dining area) and entertained in style using the built-in barbecue, fire pit and organic vegetable gardens.
